We think of Christmas as a time of warmth, love, and family gatherings. But this year might look and feel very different. The stress and chaos that exist all around us during this season can hinder us from remembering the true reason we celebrate Christmas. It’s not about all of the external trappings that may not be able to look the same this year. It’s about what God did for us by sending His Son. Joy, peace, and love are still present in the world and available to us through Jesus.
