Bottom Line: Knowing who we are begins with knowing who He is.

Points:

We want to discover our new and true selves in Christ and live our lives in light of that revelation.

Answering the question, "Who am I?" can only accurately be answered by the one who says, "I AM that I AM" (Exodus 3:14)

We've attempted to fashion a god in our image and likeness rather than the other way around.

What does it mean to be made "in the image of God?"

• Being the image of God does not refer to any ability that we possess

• Identity begins with the understanding that we are God's imagers.

• An imager represents God and His character.
